Intelliphecy is aiming to innovate technologies in the hope to win the war against cancer, aspiring to out-smart cancer cells with an intelligent prophecy. At the core of our technology portfolio lies artificial intelligence driven big data analytics, which is devoted to predictive modeling of cancer hallmarks using quantitative information. Our research and development is grounded in both identification of cancer at early stage and prediction of optimal treatment strategy for individual cancer patient. Intelliphecy has established research collaborations with major cancer centres throughout China.

The core value proposition of Intelliphecy is that computational modeling can help predict the biological characteristics and evolution path of cancer. We are convinced that through statistical modeling and mathematical modeling, the response of cancer to treatment can be predicted. In the past 50 years, we have experienced the shift in focus from traditional chemotherapy to targeted therapy to immunotherapy. Real-world data show that cancer cells are far more cunning than we thought. Not all cancer cells are the same (heterogeneity), and cancer cells are constantly changing themselves as they interact with the environment (tumor microenvironment). The treatments we apply to cancers (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy) are also a kind of selective pressure for them, and a small number of cancer cells can create unique ways to bypass the treatments against them and develop resistance. In a sense, this is really a "war" for any cancer patient.

How to win this war? "The Art of War of Sun Tzu" says, "You would win any war if you know yourself and your enemy." Socrates said, "Know yourself". If we want to overcome the cunning cancer, we need to predict the evolution path of cancer in advance, the possible drug resistance mechanism, and block the path of cancer cells in advance through strategies such as combined drug delivery and sequential drug delivery. The accurate prediction is based on the accurate knowledge of the specific cancer patient and the cancer he/she suffers from.
